| Summary |
Provides supervision of a group of residents and assists them in their daily activities and needs according to individual treatment plans, behavior management program and DBCC policies. As part of the treatment team implements individual treatment plans, provides crisis intervention as needed, and follows behavior management model. Engages children by participating in activities and one on one mentoring.
Full Time; Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Shifts are variable.

| Qualifications |
College degree in Human Services or related field preferred; may consider five years experience in the residential services field; demonstrated ability for Early Childhood Teaching; and qualify for Mental Health Professional under Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132. Must be willing and able to be trained and follow CPI.
